We are experienced in testing drinking water, waste water, lakes, pools, and solids for microorganisms. Strict quality control is followed by every procedure to ensure the quality of our work. Coliform and E.Coli Bacteria: SM 9223
Coliform and E.coli testing is available for drinking, recreational, surface and wastewaters. In compliance with Standard Method 9223 and the EPA, we use the Idexx patented Defined Substrate Technology® to detect Coliform and E.Coli in water. Colilert ®
Heterotrophic Plate Count:
Heterotrophic Plate Count testing is available for a wide variety of water types. The SimPlate® method for HPC shows a 97% correlation with the traditional total plate count, pour plate method for HPC.
Membrane Filtration for Fecal Coliforms: SM 9222D
Fecal Coliform testing is available for non-potable or wastewater. In accordance with, the membrane filtration procedure analyzes a 100mL sample for the presence of fecal coliform bacteria.
Multiple Tube Fermentation: SM 9221
The Multiple Tube Fermentation test for fecal coliforms is available for drinking water, non-potable waters, and salt or brackish waters as well as mud, sediment, sludge and solid waste monitoring.
